#WestCoastWednesday Special Post from Chanel

What’s up guys?!

It’s your girl Chanel West Coast. This week for #WCW I wanted to take the time to sit down and write a personal blog post and update you on what’s been going on in my life. 

Things have been CRAZY! But that’s how I like it - between finishing this album and my filming schedule it feels like I barely have a second to sit down but I’m really excited for what I have coming for early 2015. The album is coming along really well and I can’t wait to share more music with you guys. I really enjoyed shooting the Miles & Miles video - It was directed by My homie Jonathan of BLKDMNDS who's a super poppin up and coming director, check out some of his other stuff on the BLKDMNDS website.  

Last week I took a trip out to NYC for press / my little cousin Layla’s 15th bday. It was so much fun! I got to do some sick press / meet & greets with outlets like Billboard and ABC News. Layla’s bday party was a blast - she had no idea I was coming so I surprised her saturday night at her party in Brooklyn when I walked in performing. Family is really important to me, and being based on the West Coast I rarely get a chance to see my Dad and his side of the family so when I do, it’s a blessing. 

As I write this post, I’m currently sitting at the Fantasy Factory waiting for my next scene. These last few episodes have been especially fun - make sure to tune in when they air. 

And lastly, I wanted to say THANK YOU. It’s because of you guys that everything happens. Your support with my music and other endeavors means so much to me and if it wasn’t for my fans I don’t know what I would do. I promise when this album drops it’s going to be incredible
